Super quick catch up post before I head out for a trip to see some family. See you guys on the 22nd. :) Well, I may be around a bit in the night after the family has gone to bed.
9.) Who does your character trust?
Her father and Kaju. Generally, she has a good amount of trust in people.
10.) Can you define a turning point in your character’s life? Multiples are acceptable.
Sorry for a lazy answer, but pretty much every event she’d like to erase. Also, gaining the Triforce of Wisdom.
11.) Is there an animal you equate with your character?
Ah, mmm, probably an owl since they often stand for wisdom or some other kind of bird. /unoriginal
12.) How is your character with technology? Super savvy, or way behind the times? Letters or email?
Well, Hyrule doesn’t really have technology. She certainly prefers letters as often writing one is part of her side-work as a scribe.
13.) What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?
She generally sleeps on her side or back and is a tame sleeper, so her bed is neat when she wakes up.
14.) How does your character react to temperature changes such as extreme heat and cold?
She’s pretty sensitive to either since Hyrule is very temperate for most of the year.
15.) Is your character an early morning bird or a night owl?
Both lol
16.) Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? Cousins, Uncles, Grandfathers, Aunts, et cetera. Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative?
She was pretty close to her grandparents before they passed away
17.) What’s your character’s desk/workspace look like? Are they neat or messy?
Neat to the point that Audrey probably seems very OCD about it.
18.) Is your character a good cook? What’s their favorite recipe, whether they’re good or not? (Microwave mac-and-cheese applies.)
Yes, she is a rather good cook. It was a necessary skill for her to perfect after her mother died as Vernard could burn the house down trying to cook. She She likes to bake pies of all sorts.
19.) What’s your character’s preferred means of travel?
By foot. Definitely never again by boat.
20.) Does your character have any irrational fears?
I would say undead, but she has good reason to be afraid. Skulltula would be an irrational fear. Bugs generally don’t bother her, but giant bugs, especially spiders, is a whole different story.
21.) What would your character’s cutie mark be?
A book, I suppose. XD Or maybe a quill and inkpot.
22.) If your character could time travel, where would they go?
No where. Time-travel is dangerous. What if you caused a time paradox!
23.) Is your character superstitious?
Oh, yes. She has great faith in the goddesses, especially Nayru. She envokes them often for power, wisdom, and courage.
24.) What might your character’s ideal romantic partner be?
KAJU OF COURSE
No, lol.
Audrey prefers someone down to earth and mellow. She’s always so high in the clouds whenever she is researching something, so she needs a good grounding force. Someone to remind her that the world outside of her books exist. Which is really hard to find in her opinion. Not many men who have sought her attention seem to have that grounded quality. They also don’t usually want to listen to her talk about her latest discovery. She also has a bit of a hero complex, not all of
her books are practical. She has a small collection of books about various heroes that have graced Hyrule and all of them are a bit ragged from her readings.
Ideally, she wants someone she can settle down with, but still go on adventures with. Someone who will stick with her. It’s occurred to her recently, that Kaju is a very solid presence in her life. She was afraid that he would return to Ikana and stay there, so it was relieving to a degree that surprised her when he said that he wasn’t planning to stay no matter what they had found.
25.) Describe your character’s hands. Are they small, long, calloused, smooth, stubby?
Long fingers with callouses on her hands from writing and drawing her bow.
